The Press-Citizen today reported that Jeff Maxwell has asked to defer any discussion regarding One University Place (OUP) until after the election. This does not surprise me. In fact, I had not expected the Council to vote on any decisions until after the November election. The Council's work on the Developer's Agreement and the PUD to date have given the citizens of UHeights a good idea of what to expect with the development. Further discussion will continue after the November elections.
